Chairmen:
Professor Poul Rind Christensen (Aarhus School of Business)
Professor Friederike Welter (University of Siegen)

The doctoral seminar has a successful tradition at RENT and hence will be continued in Cardiff. To encourage the emergence of new ideas and dialogue among students and researchers from different countries, in the field of Entrepreneurship and Small Business research, we would like to invite doctoral students to attend this doctoral seminar.

Students in early stages of their Ph.D. research are particularly encouraged to participate and present their research proposals. Sessions will be organised in 4-5 tracks based on the proposals from the doctoral students. Research proposals presented will be discussed by senior researchers as well as by younger researchers experienced in the specific field of the research presented.

Doctoral candidates interested in attending and presenting their research proposal (not the results of finished research) should send a one page abstract to Professor Poul Rind Christensen (RIND@asb.dk) no later than

SEPTEMBER 1, 2007

There is no extra fee for participation in the Doctoral Seminar, but registration for the RENT XXI is compulsory. The number of participating presenters is limited to 20 Ph.D. students.
